Welcome to Fast & Fun Language (www.fastandfunlanguage.com), an online Spanish class provider registered in South Dakota, USA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer online Spanish classes, including a FREE 3-part taster and an 8-Week Accelerated Program, designed for homeschooling families. Access is via Zoom, pre-recorded content, and multisensory apps. Classes are for educational purposes only and require a compatible device and internet connection.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ to register, or a parent/guardian for children (11+). Participation in classes, especially with minors, requires parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Paid programs (e.g., 8-Week Program) require payment via our secure platform. All fees are in USD, non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and due at enrollment. South Dakota law governs payment disputes.

User Obligations

You agree to: (1) use our services lawfully; (2) provide accurate information; (3) respect class schedules and participation rules; (4) not share login credentials. Misuse may result in termination.

Liability

Fast & Fun Language is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) or technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages). Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us. Classes are provided “as is” without warranties beyond educational intent.

Intellectual Property

All content (videos, apps, materials) is owned by Fast & Fun Language. You may use it for personal education but not reproduce, distribute, or sell it without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time, but no refunds apply to completed classes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South Dakota law. Disputes will be resolved in South Dakota courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Check this page for the latest version.
